Work principle:
The mixer is equipped with a motor and a speed reducer on the side. The motor drives the speed reducer by the belt. Then the speed reducer drives the main shaft to rotate the paddles, making the materials keep rolling in the hopper and be mixed evenly.

Cleaning & Maintenance：

1. Daily cleaning
Jog the button “Discharge” to turn the hopper. Then, clean the hopper and the paddles with dry soft cloth and alcohol.
Open the machine shell to check whether there is dust inside. For places out of reach, use compressed air to clean it.

2. Quarterly maintenance
Check whether the oil level of the speed reducer is normal, whether the belt and bearings are worn and whether the fasteners are loose.

• The machine is fully integrated and flexible.
• The stainless steel vessel is non- corrosive and allows dense liquids to turn freely and mix thoroughly without fading.
• The rotation system adopts worm-gear drive with good lubrication oil, which improves shelf life of the machine
• Materials are poured manually.
