LiqCN-2SA Powder Filling Machine is designed to fill dry products, powders, and granules up to 60 cpm. This machine will facilitate volumetric filling of dry, free-flowing products that carry non-cohesive particles and allows for easy cleanup, simple maintenance, and rapid changeover. Each machine is based on and adjustable heavy-duty stainless steel frame with all contact parts made of food grade materials.
A servo controlled auger switch inside the machine dispenses your products with a rotating motion. The fillers accuracy (±3%) is ensured by their sophisticated PLC based touch screen control system.
Available in both semi-automatic and full automatic configurations. The machine can be interfaced with additional groups used for unscrambling, feeding and closing the caps defined in the client’s URS through specific equipping.

- 316L Stainless Steel Head Filling with 2 nozzle ports
- PLC Touch screen with HMI interface for easy setup and monitoring
- Motorizing system for the movements of various groups
- C Frame Design. Can be added to your current conveyor
- Presence control of the infeed bottle. If the control has a negative outcome, the machine will not fill
- All non-metal material will be designed for compatibility with customer’s disinfectants.
- Hopper or bowl mounting with ergonomic design for single person operation
- Capable of assigning user rights to a group, user access matrix available
- HMI CFR 21, Part 11 compliant. Audit Trial is viewable/exportable
- FAT service included
- Optional pFMEA, SAT and IOQ available
